Who we are
Omni Marketing is the trading name of Omni Marketing Agency Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09605521). Information we collect
When you request a free AI Visibility Report, we collect your first name, email address, website domain and whether you have chosen to receive marketing follow-up. We also process limited technical information, including your IP address, to protect the form from abuse and to operate the website securely.
If you contact us directly or buy a service, we will process the information you provide for that enquiry or purchase. Payment card information is handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details.
How and why we use your information
- To provide your requested report: to validate the request, prepare the report, send a confirmation, and send the completed report link. We do this because you have asked us to provide the report and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to genuine requests.
- To keep the service secure: to rate-limit and investigate misuse of the report-request form. This is in our legitimate interests and helps protect the service for genuine users.
- Marketing follow-up: only where you actively tick the optional marketing box. We use your consent for this. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
- Enquiries and purchases: to respond to you, supply the service you request and keep appropriate business records.
Who helps us process information
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the site and deliver the report. Depending on the service you use, these may include Vercel (website hosting), Upstash (temporary report-request queue), Mailgun (transactional email), MailBaser (marketing follow-up where you opt in), Browserless and Prominent Orange (report-generation workflow), and Stripe (payments).
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or to you. Some may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards made available by the provider and applicable data protection law.
How long we keep information
- Report requests and the associated operational queue record are retained for up to 30 days.
- Report-delivery and support correspondence is normally retained for up to 12 months, unless we need it longer to resolve a query, meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Marketing-contact information is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, or for up to 24 months after your last meaningful engagement, whichever happens first.
- Purchase and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of use, or a copy of the information you provided to us. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make a request, email steve@omnimarketing.agency.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and third-party services
We use essential technical measures needed to run and protect the website and its forms. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we can remember it. This is necessary to respect the choice you make.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics does not load unless you choose “Accept analytics” in our cookie notice. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
We do not use advertising cookies. Some embedded or linked third-party services, such as MailBaser forms, YouTube videos or Stripe Checkout, may set their own cookies or process data under their own privacy notices. We will ask for consent before adding non-essential cookies that we control.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
